Rental Rates:

Monday-Thursday $275

Friday-$675

Saturday- $925

Sunday- $475

Non-Profit room rental rate- $350

Cleaning/Security Deposit- $500

To reserve the Spohn Ballroom, the entire room rental rate is due upon contract signing. a $500.00 cleaning and security deposit will be collected 60 days prior to the event. after the event if no damage has occurred, your damage deposit will be returned within 7 days less a $100.00 cleaning fee.
